Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.
Return window You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for return To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and with any original packaging or tabs intact. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is on us If your return is approved, Value Book Market pays for return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label — you will not be charged to send an eligible item back.
Items that cannot be returned For reasons of hygiene, copyright, and product integrity, we cannot accept returns of:
- Digital or downloaded products
- Books that show clear signs of use, writing, or damage caused after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your book arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong title or edition, contact us within the 30-day window at info@valuebookmarket.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any costs involved.
How to start a return
- Email info@valuebookmarket.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using the label provided.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
