Shipping Policy

At Value Book Market, we are committed to delivering your books quickly, safely, and at no extra cost.

Shipping destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no separate shipping charges.

Order processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time After processing, orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 5–9 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Carriers We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is selected based on destination and package size.

Order tracking Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Delayed, lost, or undelivered packages If your tracking shows a significant delay, or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us at info@valuebookmarket.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but we will always try to help recover the package where possible.
